Job summary

Everpure, based in Santa Clara, CA, seeks an FP&A Manager for Core Platform Finance to drive financial strategy, resource allocation and operational transformation. You will own OpEx/CapEx governance, partnering with R&D and senior finance to optimize capital deployment and discipline.

You will build scalable financial models, automate workflows with AI, and deliver actionable performance insights that influence business decisions and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A experience in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills.
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and executives.
• Working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoicing.
• Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake and Tableau is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own OpEx and CapEx budgets and forecasts, with monthly/quarterly close and variance analyses.
• Lead near-term planning and P&L modeling for executive projections.
• Partner with managers to evaluate priorities and advise on capital allocation.
• Build and maintain analytical dashboards using BI tools for Exec visibility.
• Design FP&A processes and leverage AI to automate reporting tasks.
• Oversee procurement, A/P, A/R and invoicing workflows for data accuracy.
• Work primarily in the Santa Clara, CA office in accordance with policy.
