Everpure, based in Santa Clara, CA, is seeking a Director to build and lead a new Corporate FP&A capability. You will own the integrated forecast, cash flow, and balance sheet modeling, partnering with the CFO, Treasury, Accounting, and Supply Chain to align strategy with capital allocation.

The role emphasizes scalable processes, data foundation, and executive communications, with a focus on driving insight and durable capabilities.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in corporate FP&A with cash flow and balance-sheet forecasting.
• Deep hands-on expertise in working capital mechanics (inventory, receivables, payables).
• Experience in hardware/manufacturing or hybrid models with complex supply chain dynamics.
• Strong three-statement financial modeling and accounting for cash flow & balance sheet.
• Auditable, driver-based models designed for scenario and sensitivity analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated three-statement forecast, monthly to long-range planning.
• Build driver-based free cash flow model linking operating performance, working capital, capex, taxes.
• Partner with Treasury to connect cash forecasting with liquidity planning.
• Establish forecast accuracy metrics and disciplined variance reviews.
• Develop working capital analytics across inventory, receivables, payables, and the cash conversion cycle.
• Model cash/balance sheet implications of evolving business models and intercompany structures.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Sales Finance, and Accounting to translate drivers into actionable insights.
• Own capital expenditure forecasting across platform development, IT, and facilities, including ROI analysis.
• Develop executive-ready cash flow insights for Board/IR materials and external guidance.
• Support M&A, financing, and diligence with cash flow and balance-sheet modeling.
• Build scalable data foundation and governance for enterprise cash forecasting.
