Job summary

NorthPoint Search Group is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to build and lead the financial planning processes for a fast-growing organization. You will own the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly variance analyses while creating scalable processes that enable informed decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience leading FP&A or financial planning teams.
• Proven ability to own budgeting and forecasting cycles from start to finish.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end annual budgeting process, including timelines, templates, departmental guidance, and consolidation.
• Lead quarterly and ad hoc forecasting cycles with actuals, inputs, and updated assumptions.
• Manage month-end close activities and variance analysis across income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Prepare recurring financial reports and provide executive-level commentary on results and trends.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two FP&A Analysts and drive process improvements.
