- We’re hiring an FP&A Manager to help build the financial planning and reporting foundation Fortera will rely on as it scales from a single plant to a portfolio of them
- You’ll own the annual operating budget process, build the forecasts leadership relies on, and bring that same discipline to the capital budgets behind the plants we finance and build
- This is a small team, so you won’t be maintaining someone else’s process
- You’ll be setting up the systems, templates, models, and cadences that the rest of the business plans and reports around
- You’ll work with department heads to pull budgets together, track spend against plan with the Capital Projects team, and turn that analysis into monthly reporting packages, board materials, investor reporting, and lender reporting
- This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys that kind of environment
- You know your craft, but you’re also curious about the business beyond the numbers
- You don’t need everything handed to you
- You see something that could work better and think, “I can fix that
- “ You’re comfortable asking questions, getting into the details, and building structure where it doesn’t exist yet
- Experience with capital-intensive or scaling businesses is a plus, but just as important is the ability to learn quickly, take ownership, and see your work make a real impact as Fortera grows
