Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10+ years of progressive FP&A, budgeting and reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting and management reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, SQL and BEx.

As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of reports and statistics reflecting operating profits, cash flow and other financial results. This position will manage the annual budget and planning process.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the annual budget, planning, and forecasting processes
• Provide financial support to business units through planning, reporting, analysis, forecasting, and performance monitoring
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and operational results
• Consolidate and review financial results, ensuring budget timelines and forecasting deadlines are met
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision-making
• Interpret and apply Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Conduct in-depth analysis of expenses
• Develop and enhance reporting and analytical tools to improve business performance insights and operational efficiency.
• Provide recommendations and financial guidance to management
• Manage, coach, and develop team members & coworkers, as applicable

What We Look For:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Comprehensive understanding of retail CPG
• 8-10+ years of progressive financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting experience
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, management accounting, financial analysis, modeling, forecasting, and management reporting
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with financial systems and reporting tools such as SAP, SQL, and BEx
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

What We Offer:

• The base salary range for this position is $93,000 to $154,000 annually, with eligibility for a 15% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance. The range reflects factors such as experience, skills, education, certifications, and location, and starting salary may fall anywhere within the stated range.
