Storm2, a high-growth fintech transforming debt recovery, seeks an FP&A Manager to build and scale its financial planning function using AI and automation.

Reporting to the VP Finance, you will shape financial strategy, enhance forecasting, and provide insights for critical business decisions as the company grows. This is a hybrid role partnering with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Own the company's financial model, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning.
• Lead monthly and quarterly budget vs. actual analyses across departments.
• Partner with leadership on resource allocation and investment decisions.
• Analyze metrics like CAC, LTV, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Support pricing analysis, commercial modelling, and new initiatives.
• Prepare Board and investor materials translating performance into narrative.

A high growth FinTech transforming the debt recovery experience is looking for an FP&A Manager to help build and scale its financial planning function. Leveraging AI and automation, the company is modernizing a traditionally underserved industry while supporting hundreds of thousands of consumers on their path to financial resilience.

Reporting directly to the VP Finance, you'll play a key role in shaping financial strategy, improving forecasting capabilities, and providing the insights that drive critical business decisions as the company enters its next phase of growth.

The Perfect Candidate Would Have:

• 5+ years of experience within FP&A, Strategic Finance, Investment Banking, or related financial roles
• Experience supporting financial planning within high growth FinTech, SaaS, or technology businesses
• Strong financial modelling and forecasting expertise
• Experience partnering with business leaders to drive budgeting, planning, and performance management
• A proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into business insight

What You'll Do

• Own the company's financial model, rolling forecasts, and long range planning processes
• Lead monthly and quarterly budget versus actuals analysis across all departments
• Partner with leadership to support resource allocation, investment decisions, and business planning
• Analyze key business metrics including recovery performance, CAC, LTV, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Support pricing analysis, commercial modelling, and new business initiatives
• Prepare Board and investor materials, translating financial performance into actionable business narratives

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities
• Experience with NetSuite and FP&A planning tools
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and business partnering skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
