Job summary

Advisor360° is seeking a strategic, analytical, and hands-on FP&A Manager to drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and high-impact financial initiatives across the organization. Advisor360° is seeking a strategic, analytical, and hands-on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Manager, to drive financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and high-impact financial initiatives across the organization.

Reporting to the Controller, this role will serve as a senior individual contributor responsible for managing complex financial projects, improving planning processes, and delivering actionable insights that inform business decisions.

You will partner closely with leaders across Finance, Sales, Product, Engineering, HR, and other functions to evaluate business performance, support strategic initiatives, and strengthen financial visibility.

The ideal candidate brings deep financial modeling expertise, strong project management capabilities, and a technology-forward mindset. You are comfortable taking ownership of initiatives from concept through execution, influencing stakeholders, and leveraging automation and AI to build more efficient and scalable financial processes.

Here’s What You’ll Do:

• Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting
• Drive key components of the annual operating plan and budgeting process, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and inputs across business functions.
• Develop and maintain rolling financial forecasts covering revenue, bookings, operating expenses, headcount, and cash flow.
• Manage monthly budget-versus-actual analysis, investigate material variances, and provide actionable insights to Finance leadership and business partners.
• Partner with HR and functional leaders on headcount planning, compensation forecasting, and workforce scenario analysis.
• Identify and implement improvements to financial planning processes, forecasting methodologies, and reporting accuracy.
• Strategic Financial Modeling & Analysis
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate enterprise deals, multi-year renewals, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.
• Lead financial analysis projects supporting cost optimization, resource allocation, and long-term business planning.
• Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess financial risks, opportunities, and potential business outcomes.
• Analyze customer profitability, cost-to-serve, unit economics, and financial performance across business segments.
• Support the SVP, Strategic Finance with strategic financial initiatives, valuation analysis, and capital allocation decisions.
• Present financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.
• Executive Reporting & Business Insights
• Develop monthly financial reporting packages, executive presentations, and supporting analyses for leadership and board discussions.
• Track and analyze key financial and operational metrics, including ARR, bookings, revenue, margins, headcount, and Rule of 40 performance.
• Translate complex financial data into clear insights, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure consistency and accuracy across financial reporting and KPI definitions.
• Build and enhance dashboards and reporting tools that improve visibility into financial and operational performance.
• Cross-Functional Partnership & Project Management
• Serve as a strategic finance partner to department leaders, providing financial insights and guidance to support business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional financial projects, managing deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder coordination from initiation through completion.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Operations on revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, sales capacity planning, and commercial performance.
• Support pricing and packaging initiatives through financial analysis and scenario modeling.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Procurement to evaluate technology costs, vendor spend, and cost optimization opportunities.
• Identify financial and operational improvement opportunities and drive initiatives that enhance efficiency and business performance.
• Drive projects focused on improving financial planning systems, reporting capabilities, and data integration.
• Support the evaluation, implementation, and optimization of modern FP&A platforms.
• Partner with Finance, Data, and Technology teams to streamline reporting and integrate financial information across systems such as Campfire, HubSpot, Rippling, Ramp, Snowflake, and Power BI.
• Leverage AI tools to automate recurring analyses, accelerate financial modeling, and improve reporting efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and develop scalable, technology-enabled financial workflows.
• Establish documentation, process standards, and controls to support accurate and repeatable financial reporting.

What You Bring

• 6+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or a related financial function.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, financial technology, or another recurring-revenue business environment.
• Advanced financial modeling expertise, including three-statement models, scenario analysis, forecasting, and complex financial evaluations.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex financial projects and driving initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Strong experience with annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
• Solid understanding of SaaS financial metrics, recurring revenue models, and enterprise contract economics.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial planning platforms, reporting tools, and large datasets.
• Ability to independently manage competing priorities, drive projects forward, and deliver accurate, high-quality work.
• Experience using AI tools, automation, or emerging technologies to improve financial workflows and reporting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and explain complex financial concepts.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $135,000-$149,000 + bonus & equity.
