Job summary

Synergy Search is looking for a first FP&A Manager to join our Nashville team. This in-office role will own monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, and build scalable financial models to guide strategic decisions as we scale post-PE backing.

You'll partner with the CFO and executive team, lead data-driven insights, and help shape board materials. Opportunity to influence M&A planning, automate reporting, and progress toward higher leadership roles while receiving an equity pathway.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive finance experience with FP&A foundation.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including three-statement and driver-based models.
• Experience presenting financial results to senior leadership.
• Hands-on experience using automation or AI tools to improve reporting.
• Strong data skills and comfort working with BI tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.

A growing, private equity backed healthcare company in Nashville is hiring its first FP&A Manager. The business is expanding through acquisitions and new locations, and needs someone to build out the planning and analytics function.

This is a chance to create something from the ground up. You'll report directly to the CFO, partner closely with the executive team, and shape how the company uses data to make decisions as it scales.

Compensation: $115K to $130K base salary, plus equity opportunity.
