Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and analysis, ensuring accurate and timely forecasts and reports.
• Develop and implement cost reduction strategies to optimize profitability.
• Oversee supply chain finance, working closely with operations to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide detailed reports to senior management on financial trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Collaborate across departments to develop financial plans aligned with strategic goals.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, identify trends, and recommend cost optimizations.
• Develop and maintain financial models for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, implementing controls to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related; Master’s or certifications like CFA, CPA, CMA preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience working with supply chain, logistics, procurement.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and cost management.
• Proficient in financial modeling, analysis, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects strategically.
