What you’ll do

• Lead annual planning, quarterly forecasting, and month-end financial reporting for a large office portfolio
• Perform variance analysis and identify key business drivers to inform strategic decisions
• Build and maintain financial models and consolidate property-level financials
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, leasing, and asset management teams to deliver actionable insights

Compensation
