Job summary

Henderson Scott US seeks a Senior Manager of FP&A to own all FP&A functions across the business, from budgeting to modeling and board reporting. You will build the finance team, develop KPI frameworks, and partner with executives on scenarios and capital allocations.

The role is hybrid, based in NYC or SF, and requires a track record of scaling FP&A in a high-growth tech company, with strong leadership and communication skills to support pre-IPO readiness.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of FP&A experience at Sr. Manager+ level.
• Experience building FP&A functions at a high-growth tech company.
• IPO experience pre- to post- preferred.
