Meriton, a national HVAC analytics group, is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the East Region in Miami. You will partner with regional leaders to plan, analyze, and improve financial performance, going beyond reporting to drive actions.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, dashboarding, and financial storytelling to support strategic decisions and growth across the East Region.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical role.
• Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills.
• Ability to influence decisions with business leaders.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and drivers.
• Proficient in Excel; experience with Oracle/Anaplan/Workday is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as FP&A partner supporting local budgeting and forecasting (revenue, margin, SG&A, cash flow).
• Translate financial results into actionable insights for leaders.
• Support reviews with leaders, identify variances and trends.
• Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses.
• Develop automated dashboards and recurring performance reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting and FP&A processes.
