Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A, operational or business finance; multi-location experience preferred.
• Strong P&L forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling.
• Advanced Excel skills with planning tools, ERP, and BI tools; Power BI preferred.
• Ability to turn data into concise insights and actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the consolidated forecast and annual planning for national service and parts.
• Partner with national leaders to understand performance drivers and risks.
• Deliver monthly actual-versus-plan reviews and recommended actions.
• Develop analytics on technician utilization, labor productivity, pricing, and mix.
• Build driver-based models linking volume, price, labor, and inventory to financials.
• Establish standardized KPIs and scorecards across operating companies.
• Evaluate growth, pricing and investment opportunities; streamline reporting and improve data quality.
