RentSpree is seeking an FP&A Manager in Seattle to lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning. You’ll model scenarios, analyze performance, and partner with executives to optimize spend and drive growth. The role emphasizes collaboration with product, marketing, sales, and operations in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifikationen

• 6–10+ years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related fields, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and strong modeling ability, with appetite to and ideally experience with implementing AI workflows to increase efficiency.
• Expertise in reading/writing SQL to interpret queries and ensure consistency of information.
• Experience using BI tools to create dashboards within existing database parameters/definitions.
• Strong grasp of SaaS metrics, unit economics, and financial levers that drive growth.
• Excellent communicator able to present financial insights to finance and non-finance audiences.
• Highly collaborative partner who builds trust across the business.
• Proactive problem solver with a solutions-first mindset.
• Comfortable working independently in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting.
• Low-ego, versatile and adaptable mindset.

Aufgaben

• Own FP&A processes: lead the company’s annual budget, quarterly reforecasts, and long-range planning.
• Financial modeling: build and maintain dynamic models for scenarios, product line economics, and investments.
• Performance analysis: track KPIs and variance to plan; provide actionable insights to executives.
• Business partnering: support strategic initiatives with department leaders to optimize spend and ROI.
• Board & leadership reporting: prepare materials and analyses for executive and board meetings.
• Cross-functional collaboration: advise product, marketing, sales, and operations leaders.
• Improve FP&A processes, tools, and reporting for timely insights.
