Job summary

Beale Infrastructure in Seattle is seeking a strategic FP&A Analyst to support planning, budgeting, and reporting across FP&A, Treasury, and capital markets. This is a hands-on, non-traditional analyst role designed for an early-career professional to build breadth across finance disciplines.

You will develop scalable financial processes, contribute to decision-making, and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing, project-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in FP&A, treasury, capital markets, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models to support planning, investments, and deal financing.
• Identify drivers for key financial metrics and performance.
• Prepare recurring management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Support treasury activities including cash forecasting and liquidity planning.
