Job summary

Gerdau North America in Tampa, FL invites an experienced Lead Financial Analyst to advance the FP&A function. You will support planning, strategy, and M&A due diligence, analyzing actual results against forecasts and guiding corrective actions.

This role requires coordinating with VP-level stakeholders, mentoring other analysts, and delivering insights to drive profitable growth across our corporate and operational units.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of financial or operational experience in a related industry.
• Bachelor Degree from an Accredited University in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Management or Industrial Engineering (or a comparable area of study).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Estimated 0%-5% travel schedule.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement Strategic Planning, KPI deployment, and annual planning processes.
• Perform monthly financial data analysis and profitability/cost analysis.
• Support Mergers, Acquisitions, & Divestitures analyses and due diligence; merger integration.
• Provide location/operational analysis for mills, downstream, and recycling operations.
• Coordinate the financial reporting and consolidation process; support corporate development.
