Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 4–10+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Prior experience in growth-oriented environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and growth scenarios.
• Perform variance analysis and identify drivers impacting financial performance.
• Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial reporting.
• Partner closely with Accounting to ensure alignment between financial actuals and forecasts.
• Support executive- and board-level reporting with clear insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and other business leaders.
• Build dashboards and reporting tools to enhance financial visibility.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting business performance.
• Support and improve FP&A processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
