Job summary

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT) invites a Finance/Accounting student to join a 12-week Summer Internship Program in Fargo, ND. The FP&A Intern will support financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting, collaborating cross-functionally to analyze performance and drive automation initiatives.

The program, located in the Fargo finance department, offers hands-on exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and executive-ready insights.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Familiarity with OneStream or other financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Finance team with financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Assist with monthly close activities, financial modeling, variance analysis, and the preparation of management reports.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze financial performance and drive process improvements.
• Assist with automation initiatives.
