Job summary

Acxiom is seeking a high-potential FP&A Intern to learn and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering within a U.S.-based corporate finance team. You will work alongside seasoned FP&A professionals on real-world projects and support monthly/quarterly management reporting.

You will gain hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting while collaborating with global teams, paving the way for future opportunities in Acxiom's finance organization.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Strong academic performance with interest in corporate finance.
• Excel proficiency: formulas, pivots, basic analysis.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A with financial reporting, analysis and variance explanations.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting, data gathering and model updates.
• Build and maintain Excel-based models, reports and dashboards.
• Prepare materials for monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Analyze trends in revenue, expenses and key drivers.
• Collaborate with Accounting and cross-functional teams on results.
• Take initiative on ad hoc analyses and process improvements.
