Job summary

Acxiom in Conway, AR, is seeking a high-potential FP&A Intern to gain hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting within a global finance environment.

You will work onsite in Conway, AR, starting January 11, 2027, pursuing a finance-related degree, and develop strong Excel modelling and business partnering skills under experienced mentors.

Qualifications

Job description

Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for financial planning and control. Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations for financial plans, acquisition activity, trended future requirements and operating forecasts. Performs economic research and studies in the areas of rates of return, depreciations, working capital requirements, investment opportunities, investment performance and impact of governmental requirements.

Internship details: The internship will begin January 11th, 2027. 20-29 hours/week work dedication during the semester. This intern is expected to work On-site in Conway, AR. Anticipated graduation date between May 2027 - December 2027.

You’ll work alongside experienced FP&A professionals and gain real‑world experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and executive reporting within a U.S.-based organization that collaborates with global teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Strong academic performance and demonstrated interest in corporate finance
