Job summary

Welltower, Inc is offering a ten-week FP&A internship focused on portfolio analysis and broader FP&A processes. You will work on variance analyses, data validation, and financial modeling while collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to senior leadership.

You will gain direct exposure to senior leadership, contribute to quarterly earnings prep, and support performance assessments across properties and portfolios in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Finance, Real Estate, or Business Administration (preferred).
• Previous internship/work experience is preferred.
• Background check, drug screening, and verification of employment/education credentials may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conducting variance analysis against forecasts and investigating material differences.
• Performing monthly data integrity and validation checks.
• Creating and maintaining financial models.
• Collaborating with teams across the organization.
• Compiling property- and portfolio-level financial data.
• Analyzing financial statements and KPIs.
• Assisting with facility-level forecasts and projections.
• Supporting preparation for quarterly earnings calls.
• Assessing operator and tenant performance.
• Presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
