Job summary

Welltower Inc. invites motivated accounting students to join its ten-week Accounting Internship Program. Interns will work on high‑priority accounting tasks, gaining hands‑on experience across our finance teams and contributing to daily financial operations.

You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, apply quantitative skills, and support compliance and accurate reporting as you learn Welltower’s disciplined approach to capital allocation and growth.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Accounting.
• Previous internship or work experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries; perform account reconciliations
• Support vendor management and relationship tracking
• Assist with daily line of credit balance decisions
• Contribute to compliance monitoring, information gathering, and workpaper organization
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Assist with operational and compliance reviews tied to corporate policies and procedures
