Welltower, Inc is offering a ten-week FP&A internship focused on portfolio analysis and broader FP&A processes. You will work on variance analyses, data validation, and financial modeling while collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights to senior leadership.

The FP&A group is responsible for leading Welltower's financial planning efforts, providing insights into both corporate and segment-level performance, and driving the adoption of innovative technology solutions that support a data-driven culture.

Education: Current undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Finance, Real Estate, or Business Administration is preferred.
Experience: Previous internship and/or work experience preferred.
