Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an FP&A Analyst – Incentive Compensation to support the administration, financial management, and analysis of commission programs. You will reconcile incentive calculations, maintain eligibility, and model plan changes with Finance, HR, Payroll, Sales, and Operations.

The role involves forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and building dashboards to provide visibility into payout trends and financial exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, analytics, or related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of FP&A, compensation analytics, financial analysis, or related experience.
• Strong Excel and financial-modeling skills.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to reconcile data across systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to explain compensation calculations.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile incentive calculations to source data, terms, and results.
• Maintain employee eligibility, plan assignments, goals, and thresholds.
• Analyze performance and cost of existing commission plans, including payout trends.
• Model proposed plan changes and quantify financial, operational, and employee impacts.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and variance analysis for incentive expense.
• Develop dashboards with visibility into plan performance and exposure.
• Establish controls to identify data and calculation errors.
• Maintain plan documentation and audit trail for incentives.
