Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an FP&A Analyst – Incentive Compensation to support administration, financial management, and analysis of commission programs. You will collaborate with Compensation, HR, Payroll, Sales, Operations, and Finance to ensure accurate incentive calculations and timely payouts aligned with plan terms.

The role involves modeling plan changes, forecasting, budgeting, and building dashboards to monitor payout trends and financial exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, analytics, or related quantitative field.
• 2+ years of FP&A, compensation analytics, financial analysis, or related experience.
• Strong Excel and financial-modeling skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Ability to reconcile and validate information across multiple systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain calculations clearly.
• Ability to manage deadlines, confidentiality, and multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile incentive calculations to source data, plan terms, and financial results.
• Maintain employee eligibility, plan assignments, goals, rates, thresholds, and other compensation parameters.
• Analyze performance and cost of incentive plans, including payout distributions and ROI.
• Model proposed plan changes with cross-functional partners before implementation.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, accruals, and variance analysis for incentive expense.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards on plan performance and exposure.
• Establish controls to identify data and calculation errors and maintain audit trails.
• Support annual incentive-plan design, testing, and communication.
