Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of direct commission/incentive compensation administration experience.
• Ability to interpret incentive plans and resolve complex payment issues.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform recurring commission and incentive compensation cycles, including data validation and payroll-file preparation.
• Review incentive plans and administrative requirements to determine processing.
• Maintain eligibility, plan assignments, rates, thresholds, and hierarchy data.
• Identify data issues across sources and ensure accurate payments.
• Investigate discrepancies and recommend resolutions.
• Process adjustments, corrections, and supporting documentation.
• Respond to inquiries from employees and field partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data and system issues.
• Support audits and maintain clear documentation for audit trails.
