Google in Chicago is seeking a Financial Analyst for its FP&A Hub Finance team to model scenarios, track performance, and deliver insights to leadership. You will lead projects to transform planning, tracking, and control processes and provide senior management with actionable recommendations.

  • Support change management to ensure responsibilities and deliverables are clearly outlined for Hub and front-line Finance partners.

Job description

Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or a relevant advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with large enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, especially SAP.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining monthly/quarterly reporting to business leaders and strong ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with application of latest technologies to improve processes and accelerate insights, and Leveraging AI.
  • Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
  • Excellent quantitative, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to innovate and organize to further develop these skills.

You will lead the implementation of solutions that address the needs of your Finance and Business partners, sharpen your investigative skills, and make an impact on a global scale in Google's first Hub focused specifically on Financial Planning and Analysis activities.

In this role, you will have well-rounded Financial Planning and Analysis experience, a bias toward action and is intellectually curious.

US: $116000 - $166000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
