Google Finance Analyst in Chicago is responsible for leading FP&A activities within the Financial Planning and Analysis Hub, leveraging data to drive strategic insights. You will execute forecasting, planning, and variance analysis to support Finance leadership, while collaborating across teams to transform planning and reporting processes.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with large enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, especially SAP.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining monthly/quarterly reporting to business leaders and strong ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with application of latest technologies to improve processes and accelerate insights, and Leveraging AI.
  • Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.
  • Excellent quantitative, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to innovate and organize to further develop these skills.

  • Support change management to ensure responsibilities and deliverables are clearly outlined for Hub and front-line Finance partners.
