CareTria is seeking a Financial Analyst, Corporate to support forecasting, analysis, and reporting across the organization. The role collaborates with operations to deliver financial insights and ensures profitability targets are met.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in FP&A or related fields, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and a solid foundation in financial modeling and data analysis. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of practical experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting or data analytics.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance validations of customer and project-level financials on a monthly basis.
• Gather and consolidate financial data related to labor and sales forecasts weekly, and report forecast to senior leadership.
• Provide ad-hoc support for the company’s pricing efforts, ensuring programs achieve profitability metrics and validating appropriate cost inputs for pricing purposes.
• Collect and consolidate financial data from key stakeholders during financial forecast and budget cycles.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis on customer, business unit, and service offering profitability.
• Support the month-end close process through variance-to-forecast and trend analysis.
