CAPTEK is seeking an FP&A Analyst in California to support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. You will build and maintain financial models, analyze pricing, and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and cost management. You will partner with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to drive performance.

The role requires strong Excel skills, financial modeling experience, and a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance. 3+ years of related experience preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance (preferred).
• 3+ years in FP&A or related role.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Understanding of ERP systems; Syspro experience a plus.

Mansioni

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes with inputs, models, and documentation.
• Maintain pricing models and validate cost/margin inputs for profitable pricing.
• Provide analytical support for pricing and profitability decisions.
• Build and maintain pricing calculators and financial models for opportunities.
• Perform sensitivity and scenario analyses of pricing, volume, and mix impacts.
• Analyze customer/SKU profitability and highlight opportunities/risks for management.
• Prepare monthly financial reviews, variance analyses, and driver summaries.
• Produce recurring reports: sales, margins, expenses, and profitability analyses.
