Job summary

Bell Supply Company seeks a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and business intelligence for the finance leadership team. The role analyzes financial and operational information for short- and long-term decisions and prepares standard and ad-hoc reports.

Reporting to the CFO, the analyst partners with operations, sales, supply chain, and HR to build financial models, support budgeting and forecasting, and deliver actionable insights that drive profitability and working

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
Approximately 2-5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related analytical experience.
Financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical capability.
Experience with financial statements and key business performance metrics.
High proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau.

Responsibilities

Support the annual budgeting process and partner with functions on budget prep.
Prepare monthly rolling forecasts and long-range planning.
Build and maintain integrated financial models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
Perform variance analyses and identify drivers of performance.
Develop and monitor KPIs across the business.
Partner with operations, sales, and leaders to improve forecasting accuracy.
