Bell Supply is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, and business intelligence for the finance leadership team. The role analyzes financial and operational information to guide short- and long-term decisions, prepares standard and ad hoc reports, and assists with planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Approximately 2-5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, consulting, or related analytical role.
• Financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analytical capability.
• Experience working with financial statements and key business performance metrics.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP/financial reporting systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Exposure to Power BI and/or Tableau, or willingness to learn them.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other data transformation tools is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work across functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the annual budgeting process and partner with functions on budget preparation.
• Prepare monthly rolling forecasts for the overall business and support long-range planning.
• Build and maintain integrated financial models (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Perform variance analyses and identify drivers of performance.
• Develop and monitor KPIs across the business.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and functions to improve forecasting accuracy.
