Job summary

Bell Supply seeks a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, forecasting, business intelligence, treasury reporting, and management reporting. The role analyzes financial and operational information for short‑ and long‑term decisions, prepares standard and ad‑hoc reports, and assists with planning, budgeting, and forecasting across the company.

Reporting to the CFO, the analyst collaborates with operations, sales, supply chain, HR, and technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles.
• Financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and analysis.
• Experience with financial statements and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Exposure to Power BI and/or Tableau; willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or data tools is advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across functions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; present findings.
• Curiosity, initiative, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and cross-department coordination.
• Prepare monthly rolling forecasts and long-range planning.
• Build and maintain financial models (income, balance sheet, cash flow).
• Conduct variance analysis and KPI monitoring.
• Develop BI dashboards and automated reports.
• Prepare management reports and board materials.
• Ensure compliance with policies and internal controls.
