Job Title

Pay Details

The annual base salary range for this position in California is $90,000 to $125,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and maintain complex financial planning models to support the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and long-term planning.
• Analyze actual results against budget and forecast, research variances, and communicate findings.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for leadership and business operators.
• Collaborate with leadership and operators to align financial plans with operational goals.
• Work with large data sets to answer critical questions and provide insights through key performance indicators.
• Engage in ad hoc analysis to support business decision‑making and strategic planning.
• Assist in storytelling by preparing presentations and dashboards in support of executive meetings, monthly and quarterly business reviews, and various strategic and analytics projects.
• Drive process improvements and automation of financial reporting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of finance or accounting experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions; experience with Power BI strongly preferred.
• Proven record of discreetly handling sensitive and proprietary information.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Customer service mindset when supporting internal needs and communicating with external parties.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, balance multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to manipulate large quantities of data to build financial models and reporting packages.

Education & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s Degree. Experience: Minimum 3+ years in finance or accounting.
