Job summary

Honda Center is seeking a Financial Analyst for OC Sports & Entertainment, LLC to build and maintain financial models for budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning. You will analyze variances, prepare monthly leadership packages, and collaborate with operators to align financial and operational goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in finance/accounting, strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and preferably Power BI experience; this is an on-site role in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of finance or accounting experience required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; Power BI experience preferred.
• Discreet handling of sensitive and proprietary information.

Responsibilities

• Create, manage, and maintain complex financial planning models for budget, forecasts, and long-term planning.
• Analyze actual results vs. budget/forecast, research variances, and communicate findings.
• Prepare monthly financial reporting packages for leadership and operators.
• Collaborate with leadership to align financial plans with operational goals.
• Work with large data sets to provide insights via KPIs.
• Assist in ad hoc analysis for strategic planning and decision-making.
• Support executive meetings with dashboards and presentations; contribute to monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Drive process improvements and automation of financial reporting.
