Job summary

Phillips Edison & Company is seeking a Financial Analyst for FP&A in Cincinnati. The role focuses on forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis of commercial properties.

You will work closely with Finance, Property Management, Operations, and Leasing to reflect business activity in forecasts and financial statements, while supporting automation and data quality improvements. You will build expertise in property-level P&L drivers, participate in variance analyses, and deliver timely insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Interest in learning financial modeling, reporting tools, automation and AI.
• Up to 2 years of financial analysis or related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support recurring forecast and budgeting processes for assets in the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Property Management, Operations and Leasing.
• Develop understanding of property-level P&L drivers: revenue, expenses, NOI.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and decision support as needed.
• Prepare forecast schedules, management reports, and variance analyses.
