Job summary

Phillips Foods Inc. seeks a detail‑oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to drive budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis supporting strategic decisions. You will build and refine financial models, analyze profitability, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve performance.

The successful candidate will have 3–5 years of FP&A or related experience, strong Excel and accounting knowledge, and excellent communication skills to present insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• MBA preferred.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, investment banking, or similar.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial software.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Develop and maintain financial and pricing models; evaluate product margins and deal profitability.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information for analysis.
• Support monthly financial reporting, including variance analysis and management reporting.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports to support decision-making.
