Job summary

Associated Bank offers a 12-week internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in finance analytics and reporting. You will work on structured activities, learn from mentors, and develop real-world skills while exploring career possibilities within the organization.

During the internship, you will assist in building Power BI dashboards, analyze financial data, and collaborate with FP&A and stakeholders to enhance reporting solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree student with sophomore, junior, or senior standing at internship start date.
• Experience with Power BI dashboard development and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Participate in structured internship programming, including orientation and workshops.
• Assist in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards for Finance stakeholders.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Validate reporting data for accuracy and consistency.
• Create data visualizations and reporting materials communicating key metrics.
