Associated Bank is offering a 12-week internship designed to give hands-on experience in financial analytics and reporting. You will work with the FP&A team to develop Power BI dashboards, analyze data, and communicate insights to stakeholders while following confidentiality guidelines.

The program emphasizes growth, mentorship, and exposure to corporate finance functions, with opportunities to participate in professional development activities and cross-functional projects.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree student with sophomore, junior, or senior standing at the time of internship start date; must not have graduated prior to internship start date.
• Experience with Power BI, including dashboard development and data visualization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Exposure to SQL or data querying tools.

Aufgaben

• Participate in structured corporate internship programming, including orientation, workshops, networking events, research projects, and professional development activities.
• Assist in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions used by Finance stakeholders.
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support business decision‑making.
• Validate reporting data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reports and reporting processes.
• Create data visualizations and reporting materials that communicate key financial and operational performance metrics.
• Collaborate with FP&A team members and business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and enhance analytics and reporting solutions.
• Support the administration and continuous improvement of financial planning, reporting systems, and business intelligence tools.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines, and complete additional duties as assigned.
