Associated Bank offers a 12‑week internship focused on sales reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence across multiple banking lines.

Interns will extract data from business systems, build dashboards and reports for stakeholders, and collaborate with Business Analysts to drive insights and performance improvements. Eligible students should be sophomores to seniors, with intermediate Excel and SQL or Power BI experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree student with sophomore, junior, or senior standing at internship start date; must not have graduated prior to internship start date.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.
• SQL or Power BI experience.

Responsabilités

• Support sales reporting, data analysis, and business intelligence activities across multiple banking business lines.
• Extract and analyze data from business systems to identify trends and provide insights that support business decision‑making.
• Create reports, dashboards, and other reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
• Support reporting requests and perform ad‑hoc analysis projects to help measure and improve business performance.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and team members to support sales analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and team discussions to gain exposure to enterprise sales reporting, analytics, and business intelligence processes.
