Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business)
• Minimum 5 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in Life Sciences & HealthCare
• Experience with FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutions
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations in dynamic environments
• Experience with EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream, Tagetik or similar

Responsibilities

• Lead complex FP&A and EPM projects, ensuring quality and risk management
• Manage client engagements and develop innovative FP&A solutions
• Guide teams and provide feedback to junior ranks
• Ensure delivery of financial processes, solutions, and projects on time and on budget
