Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business)
• Minimum 5 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in Life Sciences & HealthCare
• Strategic planning, long-range planning, and annual operating planning (AOP)
• Budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes
• Financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Management reporting and business performance analysis
• Capital planning and investment analysis
• Strong FP&A functional background from corporate finance roles
• Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutions
• Proven track record translating business challenges into improved planning and decision‑making processes
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
• Experience working with EPM platforms is a plus (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream, Tagetik)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs

Responsibilities

• Lead the core FP&A and EPM projects with focus on quality and risk management
• Manage and deliver complex FP&A and EPM engagements across workstreams
• Develop innovative solutions to complex financial problems
• Drive process improvements and best practices in a dynamic environment
• Lead teams and provide feedback to colleagues at different ranks
