EY is a global advisory firm seeking a Senior FP&A/EPM professional to manage and deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects across the US. You will lead workstreams, oversee client engagements, and develop innovative planning solutions while ensuring quality and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business)
• Minimum 5 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in: Life Sciences & HealthCare
• Strategic planning, long-range planning, and annual operating planning (AOP)
• Budgeting, forecasting, and rolling forecast processes
• Financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Management reporting and business performance analysis
• Capital planning and investment analysis
• Strong FP&A functional background from corporate finance roles
• Consulting or advisory experience implementing FP&A transformations, process improvements, or EPM solutions
• Proven track record translating business challenges into improved planning and decision‑making processes
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities—able to deconstruct complex issues and leverage financial data to drive insights
• Experience working with EPM platforms is a plus, such as: Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS, ePBCS, FCCS), OneStream, Tagetik, or similar solutions
• Understanding of how these tools enable FP&A processes is valued
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs

• Lead and deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects with a focus on risk management and quality
• Manage workstreams and guide engagements across client projects
• Develop innovative solutions and recommend policy or procedure changes
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria
• Lead teams and provide feedback to colleagues at various ranks
• Ensure effective management and delivery of financial processes, solutions, and projects
• Drive continuous process improvement and maintain focus on quality
