Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Advisory Senior to lead FP&A and EPM projects across diverse clients, driving financial planning excellence. You will guide teams, shape strategic planning, and implement technology-enabled planning and forecasting solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in FP&A with consulting exposure, and familiarity with Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud, OneStream or similar tools. Travel to meet client needs is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business).
• Minimum 5+ years of combined industry and consulting experience in FP&A, with Life Sciences & HealthCare focus.
• Experience with FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting, and AOP.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and client engagements on complex FP&A and EPM projects.
• Develop innovative solutions and ensure quality and risk management.
• Lead teams and provide feedback across ranks; drive process improvements.
