Job summary

EY is seeking an Advisory Senior to lead FP&A and EPM projects, guiding clients through redesigns of planning, budgeting, and forecasting. You will manage workstreams, optimize financial processes, and deliver risk-aware solutions in a dynamic consulting environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in FP&A with consulting experience, strong analytical skills, and a track record translating business challenges into actionable financial improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business)
• Minimum 5 years of combined industry and consulting experience in financial planning and analysis, with expertise in Life Sciences & HealthCare
• Strong FP&A fundamentals: budgeting, forecasting, AOP, and financial modeling
• Experience implementing FP&A transformations or EPM solutions; consulting/advisory background preferred
• Experience working with EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/ePBCS/FCCS), OneStream, Tagetik

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex FP&A and EPM projects with a focus on quality and risk management
• Manage client engagements, guide workstreams, and develop innovative solutions
• Drive process improvements and best practices in financial planning and analytics
• Build and mentor teams, ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction
