Ethos is an expert network enabling paid expert calls, speaking engagements, and advisory opportunities. We are seeking experienced FP&A directors to guide AI-driven presentation work on budgets, forecasts, and board materials.

The role is fully remote with flexible 5-20 hours per week and starts ASAP. Compensation is $80/hour and requires strong PowerPoint craft and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A with ownership of executive or board reporting
• Deep expertise in variance storytelling, financial exhibits, and business review materials
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: monthly business review decks, budget and forecast presentations, variance analysis exhibits, board finance packages, long-range plan decks, and KPI dashboard slides.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and executive reporting to support AI-driven presentation outputs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, clarity, and impact of financial storytelling in slides
