Job summary

EY is seeking an FP&A Data & Analytics Assistant Director in the United States to transform how financial and operational insights are delivered. You will partner with Finance and leaders to develop data-enabled solutions, drive performance and create measurable business value.

You’ll lead modern FP&A data capabilities using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks and AI platforms, shaping analytics strategy and scalable data architectures while promoting innovation across the organization.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science or related field or relevant experience.
5–7+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics, business intelligence or related disciplines.
Experience partnering with business stakeholders to define requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
Experience leading or supporting enterprise data, analytics and reporting initiatives.
Strong proficiency in data modeling, ETL processes and SQL.
Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks and/or Microsoft Fabric.

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance and business stakeholders to understand challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
Design and deliver analytics solutions providing actionable insights and measurable business value.
Lead or support data pipelines and platform architectures across multiple sources.
Coordinate delivery with technical and business teams to align with objectives.
Present roadmap updates and strategic insights to leaders and stakeholders.
