Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an FP&A Data & Analytics Assistant Director to transform how financial and operational insights are delivered. You will partner with Finance, data architects and engineering teams to deliver data, analytics and AI-enabled solutions that drive performance.

You will lead modern FP&A data and analytics capabilities using Fabric, Azure Databricks and emerging AI platforms, shaping analytics strategy, data pipelines and scalable architectures to provide timely, accurate

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
5–7+ years in data analytics, analytics or BI.
Experience with Azure Databricks or Microsoft Fabric.
Strong SQL and data modeling skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with Finance and stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
Design and deliver analytics solutions that provide actionable insights and measurable business value.
Serve as SME for products, platforms or capabilities, guiding both business and technical teams.
Lead stakeholder discussions to define requirements and align with business objectives.
Oversee data pipelines for extraction, transformation and integration from multiple sources.
Collaborate with data architects and engineers to create scalable data architectures.
Promote adoption of analytics, AI and modern data practices across the organization.
Present recommendations and roadmaps to leaders and stakeholders.
