Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Financial Analyst for Digital & Automation (D&A) Customer Service to report, forecast and monitor the service performance of the D&A line. You will prepare budgets, perform variance analysis, and develop reports, dashboards and metrics using SAP, SAP BO, Jedox, Power BI and Qlik.

The role requires IFRS knowledge, 3–5 years’ experience in finance, a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and strong communication with senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance and related area(s).
• 3-5 years in relevant field, balanced against Siemens experience.
• Strong analytical and financial skills.
• Effective communicator with senior management.
• Proficient in ERP systems, downloading data, and creating database driven models; analytics tools a plus.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office and Power BI preferred.
• Dedicated, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and continuous improvement.
• Self-starter, able to bring projects to a successful conclusion with minimal supervision.
• Experience working in the software industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Report, forecast and monitor the service performance of the D&A Customer Service business line.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts; perform complex variance analysis and evaluate key metrics.
• Develop and maintain key metrics, scorecards, reporting packages and presentations.
• Lead discussions of financial analysis at complex levels and support revenue recognition.
