Securian Financial Group is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Consultant for the Institutional Retirement Solutions division. The role focuses on supporting FP&A functions and accounting for the business unit and reinsured operations, collaborating with senior leaders to drive data‑driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP and CFO to conduct analyses and support business planning.
• Lead accounting, financial reporting, and management reporting for new products.
• Perform monthly and quarterly financial analysis for Institutional Retirement Products and reinsured business.
• Develops and implements Excel-based models to project financial results.
• Provide strategic, data-driven recommendations to manage financial strategy.
